A Year of Mindful Living is a comprehensive physician-guided plant based, whole foods lifestyle program designed to transform the individual. This is not about changing your diet … it is about fundamentally changing who you are - even how your DNA is expressed.
Our intensive year long program combines Dr. Weiss' hand-crafted care with evidence-based nutritional and lifestyle education, individualized to each person's needs.
A Year of Mindful Living is ideal for treating chronic illnesses, preventing the diseases of aging, losing weight or just feeling your best.
A Year of Mindful Living Components:
1) DR WEISS' 30 DAY CHALLENGE
A 30 day "detox" program of initial intensive dietary change designed and medically overseen by Dr. Weiss. The Challenge begins and ends with blood tests that will provide evidence of material change in your health. Overweight participants usually experience significant sustained weight loss.

First Time Patients:
Initial Office Visit (roughly 60 minutes in length)
Established Patients:
Follow up office Visit (roughly 30 minutes in length)

For Patients with Medicare
Dr. Weiss accepts Medicare assignment. Ethos Primary Care will bill Medicare for you doctor's visits. You will be required to pay any co-pays, co-insurance or deductible as directed by Medicare.
For Patients with Commercial Health Insurance
Dr. Weiss is an out-of-network provider for commercial insurers. The fees for Standard and Extended Office Visits apply. Ethos Primary Care will provide you with a bill to submit to your insurance carrier for out-of-network reimbursement.
