Farmer Nora is focusing on tomatoes, a wide variety of greens, basil, dill and flowers. Mark Canright's local Comeback Farm will provide many assorted vegetables and fruits for you to purchase.
Here is a link to a recent video about Specific Receptors for Specific Fruits and Vegetables from NutritionFacts.org. This explains why the wide variety of fruits and vegetables grown by our farmers is so important!
