Real-life Application Classes
Classes are offered every month with two choices per month. There is a fee for non-members (please see below).
· Grocery Tour: Participants are encouraged to take this class between the 1st and 3rd month of their program. Location for this class is the Chester in Chester (Rt 206 Maple Avenue, Chester, NJ 07930). Non-members pay $175
· Let’s Toss Class: Participants are encouraged to take this class after their 30-day challenge between the 1st and 3rd month of their program. This class will be conducted at Ethos Primary Care’s Medical Office. Non-members pay $175
· Eating Out: This experience will allow participants to enjoy a restaurant meal with like-minded people with similar health goals. Members cover the cost of their meal/Non-members pay $150 and for the cost of their meal
Open to the public - a great way to experience a part of our program! ATOML includes a 15-minute phone consultation with Dr. Weiss, one Education Class from the list below (on-line on the 3rd Wednesday OR on-site on the 2nd Saturday of the month from 9:00 - 10:30 PM), and one on-line evening support session.
