Doctor's Farm Market

Open Saturdays from 9-2  This week – Open Friday, 7/1 (Closed Saturday, 7/2)

Our newest attraction, the Doctor's Farm Market at Ethos Health, is now open to all. Market

hours are from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm each Saturday through the end of October (growing season

permitting). Come see our doctor and farmers and their nourishing, seasonal vegetables, fruits,

flowers and herbs for sale in the small barn.

Here's what's available right now

New Asian Greens:

  • Yokatta-Na - Use it either raw in salad mixes or cooked in stir-fries. The deep green tender

leaves, though flavorful, lack the mustard “bite” found in so many Asian greens. The deep

green tender leaves are flavorful and mild.

  •  Braising Mix - Great for stir fry. This mix includes Green Mustard, Red Mustard, Kale,

        Tatsoi, and Hon Tsai Tai.

  • Kale: Red Russian, White Russian

  • Dandelion greens: Garnet variety, bitter taste which mellows out when steamed or boiled

  • Collard greens: Vates – Heirloom variety – mild, cabbage like flavor

  • Assorted Lettuce heads: Pirat (red butterhead) and Buttercrunch (green butterhead) varieties, Red

       Sails varieties.

  • Butterhead Lettuce: varieties have a smooth taste with a creamy texture

  • Swiss Chard: Bright Lights - Lightly savoyed, green or bronze leaves with stems of gold, pink,

orange, purple, red, and white with bright and pastel variations. Mild flavor.

  • Arugula

  • Bok Choy

  • Spinach

  • And more – our farm always has some surprises in store!
